Which? What?

Wychwood Folk Rock is an English Folk band based in Warwickshire writing our own music and performing them often with a rocky edge. We describe the style as "frog" as it is Folk Rock with a splash of Prog.

Sometimes serious, more often irreverent, we play a wide variety of themes and styles from traditional foot tapping instrumentals to recounting historical events or describing monuments on the local landscape to singing about interesting people and the occasional bloodthirsty murder or battle or disaster. Always interested in audience participation, if you attend one of our gigs you will be encouraged to not just listen, but to sing along in the choruses and have a general good time.

Our 5 piece band consists of:

Paul Fisher: Vocals, Bass

Richard Elbourne: Vocals, Mandolin, Acoustic Guitar

Matt Flower: Electric Guitar, Acoustic Guitar, GeoShred (Violin, Viola, Saxophone, Flute), Synth Guitar (Organ)

Mel Taylor: Electric Guitar, Acoustic Guitar, Mandolin, Banjo

Bo Davies: Drums, Percussion
